i had originally asked for a ground floor room as i have a lot of gear for my work so that i could work during my stay. the lady who checked me in had me on another floor with no elevator option. she advised me of their no cancellation policy and she had to reconfigure to be able to get me into a ground floor room thankfully. i was only there for a couple of days but the fest times i had to deal with the staff and facilities they were super nice. a great central location as well as easy access to the interstate as well. the lady who checked me in was a saint. she really bent over backwards to make it work. i will definitely be back.

The room itself was the best part.. No legit breakfast even though booking said it did. They will give you a banana and a granola bar if you ask for breakfast. Good free coffee though in the lobby was appreciated. Price was great. About $50/night

I believe that the night agent was Nellie? She was incredibly awesome the whole time I was there. I don't remember the morning agent but she got me a new room after Water started leaking from the roof of the bathroom! 😲😲😲.

As I was kicked out of the motel 6 next door for a unsafe room. They were amazing and so considerate of our service dogs and put us next to a door that goes outside to make the room more accessible to us.

I really liked it I enjoyed the fact that they treated my 6-year-old granddaughter really really good cuz she's a little hyper sometimes but they were absolutely amazing and understanding of her
